This notice explains how Deglaze DNA Club ("we," "us") collects and processes your personal data through the Taste DNA Quiz and our contact channels. It is prepared in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), which governs how we, as a Turkey-based service, handle personal data.

2. What Data We Collect

Identity and contact information: Your first name and email address
Palate profile preferences: Your Taste DNA Quiz answers (flavor preferences, openness to experimentation, travel pace, drink preferences, travel companions, etc.)
Travel information: The destination city you request curation for

We do not collect payment details, national ID numbers, health data, or any other special category of personal data.

3. Why We Process Your Data

To prepare a personalized culinary itinerary and palate analysis for you
To review your application and get in touch with you
To send you a confirmation email acknowledging your request

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, as provided for under Article 5 of the KVKK. By completing the quiz and submitting your information, you provide this consent.

5. Where Your Data Goes

The quiz's technical infrastructure uses a third-party service, EmailJS, to deliver emails. This provider processes your data under its own privacy policy and may process it on servers located outside Turkey. We do not share your data with any other third party during the curation process.

6. How Long We Keep It

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the curation service and to reasonably follow up with you. If you request deletion, we remove it from our systems within a reasonable period (no later than 30 days).

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is being processed
Request information about how it has been processed
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it's being used accordingly
Request correction or deletion of your data
Withdraw your consent at any time
